A Pet-Friendly Resort
The Merriweather welcomes well-behaved, quiet, and clean pets to the resort.
If you are planning to bring your pet, we require that you contact the Merriweather before arriving to let us know and for approval.

- At check-in you will be required to pay a non-refundable cash fee.
- ALL pets must be checked-in with the office.
- Pet owners are completely responsible for cleaning up after their own pet.
- All pets must be on a leash while on our property.
- Sofas and arm chairs must be covered while there is a pet in your room. Please ask the office for "pet sheets" for this purpose.
- Not all pets enjoy travelling. If your pet does not like to left alone or barks excessivly, you may want to consider alternate arrangements while you vacation.
